Memories of the Future

So in the latest news in the good old US Alan Greenspan, the guy who has been head of the tresury department or something like that for the last 15 years is retiring and we have a lovely Bush nomination to replace him.
Now this guy's job was to adjust intrest rates and stuff like that to stabilize the economy.
I've seen Bush's economics at work and this leaves me scared. I always kind of thought the US was a very stable place, that no one person could really cause that much change to it. All of those childish thoughts have been greatly proved wrong in the last 6 years.
Just about everyone Bush has put in office has been a moronic stoogie only out for the interests of those close to Bush. With this change I see a high rise in inflation and an entrance into another era of depression.

France is looking beter and better.
