Not that I don't have like 50 othe projects going on right now, but I'm thinking of doing a webpage titled "how to be a mad scientist" or maybe just a book.
I've read pages on ninjas, pirates, and other vilinous types today. Most of them suck, but there does apear to be a lack of pages on mad scientists.
Google searches bring up mostly educational pages on real science.
Any true mad scientist knows that real science is just the beginning.
